Founded by Mr. Olen Cothron in 1948, the Cothrons organization is a leader in the security industry. Working together as an integrated unit, Cothron’s companies offer customers single point, comprehensive security solutions, combining electronic security services with traditional lock services, security education,  safe sales and installations all tailored to seamlessly address each customer’s unique requirements. The Cothron’s companies’ primary operations area is Central Texas. Selected customers are supported nationwide.​ Cothron's continues to be family owned and operated.

Established in 1948

Established as a small kiosk on Congress Ave in 1948, Cothron's has grown to become Central Texas premier security provider. With the mentality of never leaving a customer unhappy Cothron's has become a well known and respected company. To this day we are locally owned and operated and believe our customers are an extension of our family.
