Warranty & Return Information

One (1) Year Workmanship Warranty

Cothron's Safe and Lock Company Inc. guarantees that all products and services provided and installed under DIR-CPO-6160 will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Should replacement be necessary due to manufacturer defects or errors during installation, modifications, or changes made by a technician from Cothron's Safe and Lock Company Inc., and provided these issues are not a result of damage, misuse, or neglect caused by the customer, a third party, vendor, or company, please contact us at 512-472-6273.

Cothron's Safe and Lock Company Inc. shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, time, profits, revenues, or similar losses that may arise from the inability to use or interruptions of any system.


This warranty agreement will remain valid for one (1) year from the date of substantial completion/purchase date. It will become void if any alterations or adjustments to the goods and services provided are performed by anyone other than personnel authorized by Cothron's Safe and Lock Company Inc.
